My name is Katie Thornton. I’m an avid angler and fly fishing instructor based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a former Fishing Manger for Orvis, I began On the Fly Outings to share the art of fly fishing through excursions and guided instruction. There is nothing I have found more enriching than sharing the soulful art of fly fishing. Join me on an upcoming excursion or sign up for fly fishing instruction.
MY CLASSES
On the Fly Outings offers one-on-on instruction and group sessions for like minded anglers to learn and grow on the fundamentals of fly fishing.
Additionally, I personally consult with every client to understand each one’s unique goals.
